2016 Chairs: Kaitlin & Chris White

Kaitlin White, a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty in Little Rock, loves helping others find and purchase one of the largest and most important assets they’ll own, their home. White, a native of Northern California, moved to Little Rock three years ago after she and her husband, Chris White, met while both working for the same winery, DFV Wines, in Napa, California. White was on the marketing team for large brands such as Bota Box, Twisted and Domino, while Chris managed National Accounts. Once White arrived in Little Rock, she decided to get into real estate at the encouragement of her family, many of whom are Realtors themselves, and she is now a third generation Realtor®.
Prior to DV Wines, White began her wine career with the Marketing Department at E&J Gallo Winery in 2007 after graduating with wine business degrees from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo for undergraduate in 2005 and the University of Adelaide, South Australia wine business graduate program in 2007. White also earned her Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) during her time at Gallo.
Since moving to Little Rock, White has enjoyed giving back to her community and making new friends along the way. She began serving the American Heart Association as their Silent Auction Chair for the 2016 Go Red for Women Luncheon. Heart health is very important to White as heart conditions and stroke run in her family.
In addition to White’s work with the American Heart Association, she is also on the committee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s 2016 Light the Night event, is on the board for MS Dream, and is a volunteer with CASA. White resides in Hillcrest with her husband, Chris, and his two beautiful daughters.
Chris White is a National Account Manager at Pabst Brewing Co. where he manages corporate sales and covers the entire three-tier footprint, which includes nearly 200 distributors and field sales personnel. Prior to joining Pabst, White spent over 11 years in consumer packaged goods, 9 years of which were spent in the Beverage Alcohol industry. He comes from a career with Kimberly-Clark, Diageo and most recently from DFV Wines. While at Diageo he worked in progressive roles from Category Management, supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club, through Distributor Management, where he partnered with the distributor network for AR/MO/MS. He then moved on to a role as National Account Manager for DFV Wines where he directly managed Walmart, Sam’s Club, Military and 7-Eleven nationally.
White is a native of Arkansas and after receiving his BA in International Studies at UALR went on to receive his MBA from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2004. With a passion for wine, he later achieved his Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) in 2012 and considers himself an avid and ongoing student of the industry.
White was born with a Heart Murmur and has always followed the routine of getting regular checkups in order to be proactive and lead a healthy, active lifestyle. With heart disease being in his family’s history, he has developed a heightened focus in knowing his and encouraging others to “know their numbers” and feels that this is the key to living a long and happy life.
When not at work, Chris enjoys time spent cooking and in the outdoors with his wife, Kaitlin, and two daughters, Ava and Chloe.
