Please help me raise funds for the American Heart Association!

I am a tenth grade honor student with aspirations to become a doctor, someday, like my grandfather.  The past two summers, I have taken university classes in both genetics and neuroscience, and I am very excited to learn about cardiovascular issues through education and volunteerism in area hospitals as part of the American Heart Association Sweetheart Program this year.  Having lost my great grandmother to heart disease, I am well aware that it is the #1 killer of women.

As a Sweetheart, I am honored to serve community service and education hours, each centered on learning more about becoming an advocate for heart health.  I will learn about the heart, as well as advocating, volunteering, and fundraising for the American Heart Association.  As a fundraiser for the American Heart Association Central Arkansas Heart Ball, I ask you to support me as a Sweetheart by making a donation.  I appreciate any size donation, which is 100% tax deductible.  The American Heart Association will mail you a receipt with their tax ID number.
